AbstractSatellite images show radiometric degradations that reduce the accuracy of information and the usefulness of the data. This paper presents a comparative between the sensors LIS-3/IRS, CCD/CBERS-2B and TM/Landsat-5. In this study was conducted a visual analysis, we analyzed the statistical parameters and the Fourier spectra of each scene. Despite the nominal spatial resolution of the sensor CCD/CBERS-2B be superior to other sensors, this sensor show a lower radiometric quality when compared, showing that their images have a smaller amount of detailed information, or components at high frequencies.
