How to cite the Document identified by the URI <upn:LCETB2:dpi.inpe.br/marte@80/2007/08.23.13.10> in your draft document, using the INPE standard (BibINPE format)
There are two ways to cite the Document: by means of a relative link* or an absolute link**.
