How to cite the Document identified by the URI <upn:LCETB2:dpi.inpe.br/sbsr@80/2006/10.22.01.40> in your draft document, using the INPE standard (BibINPE format)
There are two ways to cite the Document: by means of a relative link* or an absolute link**.
