Abstractthe use of the tools of geoprocessing for identification and analysis of the areas of bigger occurence of cases of affection in Goiânia - Go. The techniques of geoprocessing to each day come more being used in different areas of the knowledge. The present work looks for to show geoprocessing techniques that can be applied in the aid and identification in the combat and rpevention of the affection in Goiânia. The use of the geoprocessing can help to the responsible sector that deal with the public health in Goiânia, integrating cartographic information, images of satellites, organization and manipulation of data, and use of software that work with geographic information systems (GIS).
