PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

All paper presenters must confirm their presentation with the Secretariat upon arrival at the Symposium;

If the first author is unable to present the paper, it may be presented by one of the coauthors who must inform the change in advance via e-mail (sbsr@inpe.br);

The presenter of the paper must be registered for the Symposium;

Authors who require any support for their presentation, should contact the Technical Secretariat, which is set up exclusively to assist authors and presenters;

Presentations can be delivered in Portuguese or English, regardless of the language in which the papers were written; in other words, papers written in English may be presented in Portuguese;

Each author will have 15 minutes for presenting the paper and 5 minutes for answering questions;

Each presenter must visit the “mídia desk” room, at least 12 hours before their presentation time to set up and test their presentation. We recommend using the PDF format to avoid configuration issues.


POSTERS

The poster should be 0.90m wider x 1.20m high (There is no poster template, and the presentation format is chosen by the presenter);

The presenter is responsible for placing the Poster in the designated location. The panels where the posters will be displayed are numbered in sequence according to the Technical Program.

The post should be hung using a string attached to the top.

Presentations can be delivered Portuguese or English, regardless of the language in which the papers were written; in other words, papers written in English may be presented in Portuguese.
