SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Only PDF format files are accepted for submission.

There are no restrictions on the number of coauthors per paper or the number of paper per author.

Include all coauthors in the paper submission form, to ensure accurate publication of the program and proceedings.

The papers must be full articles and should be submitted within a maximum of 4 (four) pages, including figures, tables, formulas, and references in PDF format.

The formatting of the paper must strictly follow the guidelines provided in the templates below. Papers do not meet these standards will be rejected. It is recommended to pay special attention to the Abstract preparation and overall formatting of the work.

SBSR expects ethical behavior from all individuals involved in the event, promoting inclusion and treating everyone with respect and dignity, with zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. The publication of accepted articles in the Symposium Proceedings does not involve publication fees, and they will be published in the Symposium Proceedings and share on the Institution's official website.

MODEL TEMPLATE

Papers submitted will be evaluated by an independent Technical-Scientific Committee, comprising professionals from various interest areas. The primacy criteria for paper acceptance include:
  a) Importance and originality of the topic;
  b) Relevance of the theme to the Symposium;
  c) Scientific rigor and data quality;
  d) Clarity and coherence of the abstract and text;
  e) Quality of presentation;
  f) Adherence to formatting guidelines.

Accepted papers may be presented in either Oral Sessions or Poster Sessions, as determined by the author and the Technical-Scientific Committee.

Note: Any form of plagiarism, intentional and deliberate copying, intellectual dishonesty, ideological falsification, forgery, alteration, removal of attribution, or misrepresentation of authorship, including adding adding individuals who did not contribute to the work or modifying the sequence of authors, is strictly prohibited and may be subject to punishment. The SBSR Committee will not be responsible for instances of plagiarism, and actions related to this will be the responsability of the author(s) and coauthor(s) of the paper.
